By accessing or using the Nunexa website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. “Nunexa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nunexa, Inc.

Nunexa provides investment research, analytics, portfolio tools, and related information services. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes and to support the investment research process. The Service does not provide personalized investment advice, execute trades, or connect to brokerage accounts.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. Access to certain features may be subject to qualification review at our discretion.

All content, research, analyses, tools, software, and design elements of the Service are the intellectual property of Nunexa, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial investment research purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

If you submit content to the Service (e.g., investment theses, commentary, discussion contributions), you retain ownership of your content but grant Nunexa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and applicable fees will be communicated at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Refund policies will be specified in your subscription agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nunexa, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nunexa and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
